Makes cylindrical tap tops easier to turn by providing extra leverage.

 
The barrel of the handle is spring loaded to allow the jaws to clamp down on the tap, which is gripped and protected by soft non-slip rubber lining on the jaws. The jaws can be locked in position and when rubber lining is removed, the turner can be used as a spanner and slipped on and off the tap.
