Homecraft Reflex Preparation Knife scalloped blade. 

Compared with ordinary kitchen knives the unique closed grip, gives this kitchen knife an extra comfort of different grip options. 

It has been designed with a soft-touch over-moulded handle to provide a more comfortable slip resistant grip.

The handle is set at angle to minimise wrist movement when using the product and the grip is slightly larger than the standard range to reduce amount of finger movement required to grip the handle.

Reflex Preparation Knife scalloped blade is made from high quality stainless steel blade with a serrated scalloped sharp edge which is useful for cutting slicing and preparing food.
