    I recently purchased ETAC Beauty long Hairbrush and comb for my Elderly mother who had been struggling to comb or brush her hair as she could not easily reach above her shoulder.

    The Service you provided was exceptional!
    We understood that COVID19 meant delivery could be a little delayed. Within the week we received a follow up call from your office to check to see if they had arrived..no they had not, your customer service team undertook to follow it up. Within a couple of days they arrived.
    The Comb and Brush set are terrific, also the attention to packaging was impressive with a large zipper attachment making it easy to open for arthritis riddled hands.
    They have given my Mum a new confidence as she can easily groom her hair as she would like.

    A second follow up call from your Customer service team was received, this time we could report they had arrived and how happy we are with our purchase.
